Perfection ends one game short and thus not perfection. Played well defensively but couldn't seem to get going on offense. Brady seemed like he may of been injured worse then he let on |

WORLD CHAMPIONS! Never underestimate the heart of champions! After the Week 12 disaster against the Vikings, we here at The 5th Down Report pronounced Eli as a QB incapable of winning a Super Bowl. Furthermore, we claimed he would never be even a very good QB. We also took the opportunity to denounce the entire team saying that they are "so far from a QB away from a good team." Fast forward 8 weeks, and Eli and his Giant teammates are Super Bowl champions. Folks, we're not in the locker room, we don't know what truely went on with this team or any team. But as far as Eli is concerned, we were dead wrong. He is a very good QB, a leader, and a champion. And we couldn't be happier for him and the Giants who nobody gave a shot to win. |
